Job
Description: In this position, you will work together with other
Software Engineers to develop and validate server management software
tools e.g. applications software, plug-ins and utilities for Intel
server platform. The software tools help Intel customer proactively
monitor the health of server, allow remote configuration of Server,
alerting of any issues, etc. Your responsibilities include but not
limited to:
- software/scripts development, execute software binary build and unit test.
- assist in debugging and modification of software products, analyze test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommend corrective action.
- develop testing strategies and test cases to meet software quality release criteria.
- setup server hardware/system for development and validation support.
- drive validation process improvements such as automating manual validation processes and data reporting.
Qualifications
You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering. At least 2 years of relevant experience with development, validation, or debug of software.
Skills
- C/C++ programming skills and experience with scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.)
- Knowledge of Intel Architecture/PC/Enterprise Server system.
- Experience with software testing under EFI, Windows & Linux.
