Job description

Delivering excellent customer satisfaction by taking full responsibility of every phase during project execution ensuring budget, scope, quality and timely delivery.
Mission

• Create detailed project proposals, including accurate costing, technical scope, delivery plan and resources needed to assist the business line taking business decisions for future projects.
• Responsible to execute and deliver the won projects within the pre calculated financial budget.
• Efficiently manage several projects at any one time following the standard project procedures and internal routines.
• Liaise with the Excellent Centre and nominated MTB throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that agreed targets are met.
• Manage contractors and internal service personnel during installation and commissioning stages to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Conducts lessons learned after every finished project and pre-study to reuse identified best practices.
• Continuously improve our project execution to achieve best possible future results.
• Manage Servicing of our installed tools to develop Service business line.
• Promote and develop Service contract sales in customers with sufficient tools installed based to justify their ROI

• Assisting the Area Sales Manager and Business Line Managers with technical and financial pre-studies, involving technical solution and cost calculation, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with MTB (Machine Tool Builder), integrators for potential projects or internal Excellence Center in HQ
• Identifying opportunities & contributing in driving sales, able to work under pressure, team player, self-starter / motivated.
• Working with Service business line for after sales service (the repair and preventive maintenance of installed machines) and Service contract sales development and management
• Able to transfer knowledge to the team and partners in order to increase overall team competency
• Main segments focus are Aerospace and Automotive Industry

Experience requirements

• 3 years+ in Aerospace industry, as a supplier or manufacturing
• Technical background required
• Project and/or Sales experience is a plus

Knowledge

• Good command of English

Educational requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related equivalent

Personality requirements

• You must be an assertive team player with a strong attitude for getting things done with a minimum of supervision

Additional information

• Have a car driving license and able to travel up-country.
• Punctual travelling within South East Asia will be required
• This is a local position, opened to Malaysian citizens only.
