Job Summary
- Thoroughly involved in the pre- and post-contract work stages
- Responsible to assist the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager for development and delivery of the project controls and procedures.
- Prepare and manage project changes, budgets, qualities and timelines, and ensure effective implementation of the internal change management processes.
- Prepare, edit and approve monthly reports to Client, and attend to necessary project related reporting in meetings and events by the Client;
- Prepare and manage AECOM fee control and reporting including invoicing and cashflow management as well as Final Account;
- Arrange and manage value management workshops and risk management workshops;
- Liaise with other AECOM business lines, if necessary and coordinate the works, in particular to Ethics & Compliance as well as Health & Safety protocols;
- Ensure that all AECOM’s internal procedures and controls are fully complied with.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure/Construction Management/Architecture.
- Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving complex technical and site issues;
- Ensure project adheres to and are implemented according to project details, specifications, costs and timeline;
- Implementation of quality control and safety measures at construction sites;
- Liaise with relevant authorities, client, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of technical aspects of the project;
- Must be proficient in written and spoken in English.

- Degree holder from Civil/ Structure Engineering/Construction Management/ Architecture or equivalent;
