Job description

Main Functions For Proposal Engineers Are
Review of ITB documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of scope of work.
Preparation of necessary internal documentation in compliance with company’s QA system.
Coordinate/expedite required Technical / Commercial proposal content with respective company departments. Ensure compliance with ITB requirements.
Engineering correspondence with internal and external client(s).
Technical / Commercial coordination with client representatives and subcontractors.
Ensure that any subcontractors/Third Parties are identified and appropriate content is incorporated into Company’s proposal.
Attend ITB briefing; lead various internal / external meetings
Ability to coordinate risk-review of the new projects / proposals
Generation of proposal content

Schedule, Histogram, Org charts, bar charts

Budget and costs- Proposal PEQP, method statement, etc

Others as necessary.

Coordination of timely delivery of final proposal document to client
