Role Description
This position reports to the Area Business Manager. As Sales Executive, they should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated territory to promote Pfizer's products to doctors and customers.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for the sales target set for the business
-Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
-Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
-Perform account management
-Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
-Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
-Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
-Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure
-Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
-Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
Qualifications
-Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science background
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Proficient in Microsoft applications.
-Possess a valid driving license and a car.
-A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
-A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
-A self-motivated and industrious achiever
