• Responsible for annual sales targets & deployment of strategies to support sustainable growth in the region
• Regional coverage shall be Indonesia & neighboring countries
• Identifying growth avenues with market research
• Promote Eaton’s Vehicle Group products range with OEMs (Conduct Sales Presentation & Support Technical Presentations)
• Product range includes HD Transmissions & Clutch , Engine Air Management Solutions , Axle Torque control products & Fuel Emission Control products
• Support after sales activities – Service and training customers (OEM/Distributors) for Eaton Product range
• Expansion & management of Eaton aftermarket service network in Malaysia & neighboring countries
• Assists OEMs or Distributors in trouble shooting and repair whenever necessary.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

• Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Automobile Engineering)
• Candidate should have worked in OEM or with Tire I supplier to OEM
• Excellent knowledge of drive train products
• Familiar with Automobile Industry i.e. Passenger Car & Commercial Vehicle Industry
• Sufficient exposure to Aftermarket Sales & Service activities
• Oral & written proficiency in English along with local Malaysian language
• Well conversed with various most of the Microsoft Office applications.
